Physical Art Prints (Made to Order)

All prints are produced individually through my print partner, Printful. Because each item is printed to order, returns for change-of-mind are not accepted.

 

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. I will arrange a free replacement.

 

Lost Parcels

If tracking confirms a parcel was lost in transit, a replacement will be sent free of charge.

 

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, I will help investigate. These cases are handled individually.

Digital Downloads

Digital files cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded.

All prints are made-to-order. Production time: 2–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

• EU: 5–12 business days

• USA/Canada: 7–15 business days

• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

Delivered instantly by email.

Delays Outside My Control
Please note that I cannot be responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, postal delays, adverse weather, strikes, or peak-season backlogs. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery speed is outside my control.
